The college offers comprehensive legal education through its integrated B.A. LL.B. (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) and LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) programs, designed to meet the evolving needs of the legal profession and society.
The B.A. LL.B. (5-Year Integrated Program) is aimed at students who have completed their higher secondary education (10+2). This course blends a strong foundation in humanities subjects such as Political Science, Sociology, Economics and History with core law subjects like Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Contract Law and Jurisprudence. The curriculum is structured to ensure a holistic understanding of the socio-legal framework and is supplemented with clinical courses, moot court training, legal aid work, internships and research projects.
The LL.B. (3-Year Program) is offered for graduates from any discipline who wish to pursue a career in law. This program focuses on the core areas of law such as Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Property Law, Company Law and Public International Law. Practical exposure is provided through regular court visits, seminars, workshops and interaction with legal professionals to build courtroom confidence and professional ethics.
Both programs are approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and follow a credit-based semester system as per national legal education standards. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, legal reasoning, communication skills and social responsibility. On successful completion, students are eligible to enroll as advocates and pursue careers in litigation, judiciary, corporate law, academia, public service and beyond.
