Grievance redressal is an important aspect of student welfare and institutional transparency in any educational institution. A well-structured grievance redressal system provides a platform for students, faculty and staff to voice their concerns, complaints or suggestions in a fair and confidential manner. The aim is to address and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive and inclusive campus environment. In line with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and other regulatory bodies, the college has established a Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC). The cell is dedicated to listening to the concerns of stakeholders and resolving them in a time-bound, unbiased and confidential manner. The primary objective is to promote harmony, transparency and accountability within the institution.
